If we do take into consideration some equipment the customer already owns, we can´t provide warranty over those systems.

We only work in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. To be able to provide efficient aftersales service is VERY important to us. So, we prefer to only install in countries where we have a local office so we can react quickly and at a reasonable cost for the end customer.

We need CAD drawings of the plant layout and CAD drawings where we can see celling heights. We also need a clear description of the customer of what he expects the system to do.

We honor the manufacturer’s warranty. We are the authorized technical service center for many of the brands we represent. This means we have direct access to spare parts and product schematics from the manufacturer.
Yes, only to customers who provide us with the official and complete local exoneration information.
We sometimes do. Prior to providing a credit line, we need to do a background check on the customer.
